1. Eligibility, Age Verification & Legal Compliance

AQ Supply Co. distributes premium smoking, vaping, and cannabis accessories exclusively to businesses and individuals of legal age. By using this site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least the minimum legal age required to purchase and possess such products in your province or territory of residence (federally 18 years of age under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act, with higher provincial/territorial minimums of 19 or 21 applying in many jurisdictions); and
  • You are authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of any business account.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws governing the purchase, possession, resale, distribution, and use of these products. AQ Supply Co. does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any Buyer’s non-compliance.

2. Wholesale Accounts & Pricing

Access to wholesale pricing requires a registered and approved B2B account. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and inventory information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order arising from pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other inaccuracies. Payment is due as specified at checkout or on your account terms.

3. Price Match Guarantee

Our price match guarantee applies only to identical, currently in-stock items offered by recognized Canadian distributors. Price matching must be requested and approved in writing prior to purchase. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s pricing, product specifications, and availability, and to limit quantities or decline any request at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awolia Qul Group Limited and AQ Supply Co., together with their officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, our products, website, or services.

Buyers assume all responsibility for the safe, lawful storage, handling, and retail distribution of products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law (including the Sale of Goods Act of Ontario or equivalent provincial legislation where it applies to B2B transactions).

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
